Excellent pizza, fresh subs, & pasta. The pizza crust was great and crispy. They used fresh ingredients and everything tasted home made. Service was fast & friendly. We would definitely recommend this place! The only thing this establishment could improve upon would be a thorough dusting/deep clean, especially the restrooms.
Great pizza and service! Their cauliflower gluten free pizza was soooo good! They had a gluten allergy protocol as well.
Great place, well decorated, and we had their broasted 8 pc Chicken dinner with home cut Jojos and an apple cole slaw with dinner rolls. Will feed 4 people but we took home leftovers, and Sundays its 3 dollars off! Its like 22 bucks! What a deal and the chicken has this light but very crisp crunch, so good. But I really loved the sides too.

Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Came back to the table several times, refilled a drink, and asked if we needed boxes. When I paid, a discount was taken off because I didn't use a card. I hadn't known that but think its very nice they do it. Cash or check saves a company the fee the credit card terminals charge them. Sammy's is a family favorite back to its roots in the 50s. It's where my grandma would take the family, my parents dated, and every time the family is back for a reunion, one afternoon is spent at Sammy's.
Brick oven pizza was great! Not skimpy with the toppings and plenty of cheese, with a light mild sauce. Salads were very good. Spaghetti sauce was a little bit on the bland side, but the light spice in the meatballs and lots of spice in the sausage made up for it. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be back again.
Found this place via Google maps & stopped during a road trip. We're glad we did! The dough & sauce on the pizza were legit. The calzone had the right proportion of crust to filling. And the French dip sub was generously sized & delicious! We'll stop again the next time we're in the area.
So friendly and fast! The only pizza I can eat without getting sick! Love this place!
